Bring on Spring!

Back in February Robby painted this cute owl.  He is loving his art class.  Ryan and I were also able to enjoy our first six course meal, but probably won't do it again (or ever) for a long time because it cost so much.  We were also able to do sealing's in the Ogden Temple and go with the boys to a BYU basketball game.

It has been a crazy month and I am ready for Spring.  In the last month my cousin died.  She was only 35 and had 4 little kids.  They still don't know the cause of death.  It was not fun for me to fly to Arizona because I don't like plane rides, it was the first time I was apart from Ryan, and I really, really hate funerals more than most people now.  After having my close Aunt, Grandma, Mom, and now cousin die sometimes I feel like all the women in my life are dying.  The positive side of that is I feel like I have relied more on Heavenly Father when I need things instead of women in my life.  I do feel like I needed to be there for my cousin Stephanie (who is her sister).  Hopefully I helped her a little.  We called ourselves (or maybe our Grandma named us) the "Cool Dudes."  The first picture below was last summer and the one under it is the "Cool Dudes" at my cousins funeral.  Below that are all the Zobell cousins who were able to attend.

I also got to see my brother, Ryun, and cute pregnant sister in law Katie!

Last week at school was spirit week.  It was fun to see the boy's get excited about the different things they would dress up as.  The picture below was favorite character day.  I think Drew may have even wanted to join in, but no such fun in Jr. High.

I finally got my seeds started.  I must be crazy to have over thirty varieties of fruits/veggies.  Hopefully they will all grow and we will be able to eat them this summer and fall.

Yesterday the boys had the day off from school so we copied a neighbor and went to the "new" Bean Museum.  Dad/Ryan even took a few hours off of work to come (he didn't want to be in the picture).  I was the only one who had ever been so they all enjoyed it.  However, I think their favorite part was letting them each get a half gallon of BYU ice cream at the creamery. The hard part is we decided to start a sugar free challenge in our family earning money depending on how long they last.  Since we have two birthday's this month, those are free/cheat days, so I told them they could eat the ice cream on those days.  Not sure if one of them is going to last though.

Spring break is in a few weeks so the boys will be with their Mom for two weeks.  In that time we will get Kael whom we haven't had since the beginning of December!  It will be a fun, but tiring time for me, but I'm looking forward to it.  We also have a fun little family camping trip planned soon too.
