Puppy Love

There are several things in the last week I am in love with!  I have always loved Valentines Day, not because of the romantic side, but the decorating, love, friendship, and just fun things. We have some fun things to look forward to next week I will post later, but for now here is a list of things from the last week that I loved!
I ordered Heirloom veggie, fruit, and flower seeds for planting this year.  Now I am just hoping I won't kill them all!

We bought the boys banks in an effort to teach them better money management.  They are very excited!  Now if only I could get them excited about fasting, they hate it!!!

I went with my best friend, Lara, to a Jazz game.  Her work had a suite and dinner, with amazing dessert too.  Afterwards she even did my nails.  Such an amazing bestie!

G & G Zobell gave the boys a Valentines Day package (some of the stuff isn't pictured).  They were most excited for the ball catching toy and that we shared our chocolates with them.  Thanks G & G!

Our dog, Hudley, can't get enough kisses.  He loves to lick our dishes clean and always soak our faces, yuck!

This update I don't love so much, which is why I didn't post an after picture.  I decided to try a new hair-color that Ryan and I picked.  It didn't turn out at all what I pictured and even the hairstylist felt bad and didn't charge full price.  Everyone so far has told me they like it (who knows if they are just being nice), but hopefully with some fading I will like it.

A big change happening next week is me starting a very part time job.  In fact I will not work more than 10 or so hours a week at a local cafe opening up.  This will help me become a better cook, make me manage my time better, and bring in just a little bit of extra money.  Luckily it will happen while the boys are at school.  It still stresses me out, probably because I feel such a heavy load with my Young Women's calling. So before my start date I have crammed mounds of girl time in this week...book club, lunch with friends, and a girls night out with neighbors.  We also had parent teacher conference's this week and all of the boys are at the top of their classes.  I am still amazed by the things they teach me everyday!  Ryan and I also decided to have a Facebook free February (except clearing notifications or answering questions)  and may I say I am getting a lot more done.  Ta ta for now:D
